Open Mat + Free Lunch @ Great Lakes BJJ

We’re opening the doors at Great Lakes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for a community open mat + we’re throwing in free lunch afterward.

📍 Where: Great Lakes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, 2014 Zimmerman Street Flint, MI 48503

This is for anyone who trains jiu-jitsu and wants to:

Get in live rounds with new training partners

Drill at your own pace if that’s your thing

Kick back, talk shop, and grab some free food after

Come to train, stay for lunch, and connect with old & new friends.

No cost. No politics. Just good rolls and good people.
