Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (8 Week Series)
Find Your Inner Pause Button: Discover how to seamlessly weave mindfulness-based stress reduction into your life, helping you feel more grounded and less distracted, no matter what's happening.

Join us for a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course. This is an 8-week session of classes based on the acclaimed Stress Reduction Program founded in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Research confirms the effectiveness of MBSR to treat a wide variety of concerns.

Please note, this is an intensive commitment, with 45 minutes of daily mindfulness practice required in addition to weekly attendance at the course.
