Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute hosted by Crim

9:30am - 4:30pm Jan. 29 & 30

Based on neuroscience and recommended by hundreds of thousands around the world, Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute offers tools and practices for managing stress, self-care, building community with others and mental well-being.

The interactive and transformational program shares practical mindfulness, emotional intelligence and self-compassion tools, giving you the tools to show up for yourself and others.

This program is open to individuals ages 18 and older and may be best suited for those working in the public sector (i.e.; education, healthcare, social services, civic services, nonprofits, and community activism)
