Free Community Yoga with the Crim - Registration Required

Experience a gentle and mindful slow flow practice! Our teachers will guide you step-by-step, and show you ways to change poses to fit your body. Whether you're new to yoga or have done it before, you'll feel good after class. We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable.

Taking place 5:30pm - 6:30pm Thursday, May 15 at our new location, 719 Harrison Street in the RMI Community Room. This yoga class will be free, with donations being graciously accepted.

All skill levels are welcome. Limited yoga mats, blocks, blankets and other support devices will be available. Please bring your own equipment if possible. Dress comfortably, bring a water bottle.

This is for ages 16 and older.
