Barefoot Burnout! ☀️💪🏼

Come get your sweat on with Anytime Fitness trainers at the Sonic sand volleyball court! This will be the Saturday of memorial weekend from 10-11, no membership required! The class will be led by a certified trainer and focus on metabolic moves to get your grooving for the weekend. Shoes are optional since it is a sand court and we will provide water and post workout snacks! Hope to see you there!
