Free Yoga at the Park - Mobility Flow

Join us for some evening yoga at the park!

This Mobility Flow sequence will be held on Monday, July 21st at Bill Moore Community Park (aka Fletcher Park). The class will be located in the grassy field near the end of the last parking lot in the back of the park.

Led by Rich Haschke, YTT200, this class will focus on poses and transitions that improve flexibilty and range of motion in joints while linking breath with movement. It will be a nice strength builder in the backdrop of mind/body union. All levels are welcome!

Feel free to RSVP here if you plan on attending, although registration is not required so feel free to just show up. Don't forget to bring your mat and water. Props (blocks, blanket or towel, strap) are recommended but not required.
