Free Yoga at the Park - From Strength to Sunset

Beth Arnold, YTT200 will lead our final class of September, "From Strength to Sunset". It will be held on Monday, August 11th at Bill Moore Community Park (aka Fletcher Park), located in the grassy field adjacent to the parking lot all the way in the back.

This outdoor sequence will emphasize strong/longer holds, strength-building sequences, and breath work to channel your deepest inner strength. It will culminate with a peaceful wind down against the backdrop of the sunset - all levels are welcome!

Feel free to RSVP here if you plan on attending, although registration is not required so feel free to just show up. Don't forget to bring your mat and water. Props (blocks, blanket or towel, strap) are recommended but not required.
