Sound Bath Experience

Are you seeking relaxation, stress relief, and a deep sense of tranquility? Join us for a transformative Sound Bath Experience that will rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

We will be holding a Sound Bath Experience on Sun, 9/14 from 10:30-11:30am. $20 per person (Open to members as well as guests).

A Sound Bath is a meditative journey where you are "bathed" in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. This immersive experience helps you achieve a state of deep relaxation and promotes overall well-being.
