Sound Bath Experience

We will be holding a Sound Bath Experience on Sun, 7/20 from 3-4pm. $20 per person (Open to members as well as guests).

A Sound Bath is a meditative journey where you are "bathed" in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. This immersive experience helps you achieve a state of deep relaxation and promotes overall well-being.
