Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation

Crystal and hammered copper singing bowls have been used for centuries for sound healing and relaxation. Originating in China, they are a common Buddhist religious practice, often accompanied by meditation and chanting. Singing bowls can aid with chakra alignment and overall health and wellness. Join Psychic Medium Nikki Steward for a relaxing bowl session. This session will incorporate both the crystal and hammered copper bowls, as well as other sound healing devices. Space is limited to 10 participants. The participation fee is $25.00. *Due to Covid-19, we ask that you bring your own mat, small blanket or pillow to sit/lay down on.
