Delivered by Fleetwood Town Community Trust, join Zach for a weekly gentle exercise class.

What is it? Gentle exercises, chair bowls and much more.
Who is it for? 55+ years – prolong your independence,
socialise and meet new people.

Limited spaces so please call into the library to book your place.

This is a FREE session kindly provided by and paid for by our Friend's Group FOKEL; donations gratefully received with a suggested donation of £2-£3.

The group is limited to 14 spaces, and can be booked online at https://events.apps.lancashire.gov.uk/w/webpage/event-details?eventid=1695973 or please ask a member of staff to assist.
