Sunset yoga & sound session in the garden

Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this session is about embracing the long summer evenings, community and giving ourselves permission to slow down.

Taking place in Fleet’s community garden – Sara and I will be running a 75 minute session with yoga and sound outside.

7.30pm – Arrive, wander around the gardens, roll out your mat
7.45pm - 8.35pm – Yoga
8.35pm - 9pm – Sound Bath

Just bring along a mat and/or towel to yoga on.

The venue rent will go straight to the community garden to support this brilliant project, and this session will hopefully raise some awareness too. Please do give them a follow.
