Forest Energy Class with Roger Bass

Formerly called Forest Bathing and Forest Immersion, Roger Bass is returning to share "Treegong" exercises to exchange energy with trees, listen, and co-create with the forest and rewild ourselves. Bring a cup of foraged forest rea, bring an open mind, and step into the forest.
