About your instructor: Ali Lee
I started practicing yoga in the late 90s reluctantly, thinking it was only about stretching! Over time, I discovered that yoga embodied so much more—physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. It became a lifelong practice of self-discovery and mindfulness.
In 2020, I received my 200-hour certification from The Yoga Experience. My training is rooted in Hatha-style yoga, and I strive to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age or experience level. In 2023, I completed a 95- hour certification in children's yoga through Radiant Child Yoga. Radient Child Yoga focuses on the whole childphysical, social and emotional. I have over 13 years of experience working with children in the community as a teacher and dedicated case manager where I’ve been able to incorporate children’s yoga and mindfulness into their daily lives.
Yoga is not only beneficial for physical health but also for mental and emotional well-being. I believe in creating a welcoming space where students can connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and cultivate balance in their lives. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, I aim to meet you where you are and guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself.
