Route 66 Pinhole Camera Obscura Workshop

Discover the magic of photography’s simplest lens—the pinhole!

Join us for the Route 66 Pinhole Camera Obscura Workshop with photographer Wes Pope on Thursday, Sept. 25, 4–5 PM at Coconino Center for the Arts as part of the Flagstaff Festival of Science.

In this hands-on session, you’ll build your own working pinhole camera from everyday materials, learn the basics of exposure, and experiment with creative image-making. No experience needed—just curiosity!

Bring your own containers (soda cans, cookie tins, boxes, etc.) or use materials provided.
