About the event

Indigenous Sciences: STEM-ing from our Roots
The CCC Native American Success Center is hosting Indigenous Sciences: STEM-ing from our Roots. Join us in celebration of Native American Heritage Month for an engaging discussion about science through the lens of Native speakers and scientists.

With guest presenters Ms. Misha Pipe (Lowell Observatory) and Mr. Tommy Rock (Northern Arizona University), this event invites students to explore how Indigenous history and modern science intertwine — and what STEM can mean through a holistic, culturally rooted perspective.

💬 Open to all students and community members!
