Back by popular demand! 💚 Because the best way to stay on track with healthy living is to make it SIMPLE (and fun!).
When we take a little time to set ourselves up for success, it saves us from those last-minute “what’s for lunch?” scrambles. Instead of grabbing something quick that doesn’t fuel us, we’ll have fresh, ready-to-go salads waiting in the fridge. 🥗✨
Here’s how it works:
👉 Everyone goes home with 5 mason jar salads (quart-size jars)
👉 You’ll be asked to bring 1–2 salad ingredients to share (based on guest count)
👉 Bring a snack for our party table while we build our jars!
👉 We’ll provide the greens + dressings
What to bring:
✔ 5 clean quart-size mason jars
✔ 1–2 prepped salad ingredients (assignments will go out after RSVP)
✔ A simple snack to share (fruit, dips, protein bites, etc.)
Why we’re doing this:
Because healthy living is easier (and more sustainable) when we prepare ahead, do it together, and make it enjoyable.
