Intuition Workshop

Sondra Kellogg is a transformational coach and spiritual educator with over 20 years of experience facilitating workshops, mentoring students, and supporting intuitive development. Raised in a family of spiritual teachers, she brings a grounded, practical approach to intuition — helping people understand it as a skill that can be strengthened and applied in real life. Sondra is known for her calm, stabilizing presence and her ability to translate intuitive awareness into clarity and confident action.

This 60-minute experiential workshop introduces intuition as a grounded, practical resource — not something mystical or abstract, but a form of clear, usable inner information. Through guided reflection and simple embodied practices, participants will explore how intuition communicates through the senses, and how to distinguish true intuitive guidance from fear, habit, or overthinking.
Participants will leave with a clear framework for working with intuition in everyday life, along with practical tools they can apply immediately to personal, professional, or leadership decisions.
