Come and learn the basics

Demystify the cult of sourdough and learn the easy way to care for and use your new adult tomogatchi. You’ll be doing a feeding in the class and making a simple dough. You’ll also leave with your own jar of freshly fed starter from our mother starter, a few simple easy recipes and a new appreciation for the oldest and easiest way to make bread. This is a basic class that focuses on the easy realistic way to enjoy sourdough without making it your life’s work.
