Enjoy Vinyasa, Alignment, and Mindful Yoga throughout summer.

Each Wednesday evening, Starting Wednesday, June 4th, roll out your mat to collect your presence in an hour of loving your self. With the beauty of the vast evening sky, take a midweek break from the scales of life to ground your body, open your heart and calm your mind.

you through summer and you will be so glad you did.
