We are so excited to invite you to our new space!
Join Alli Steinke RN, RYT200 for a 2-hour workshop designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. We’ll begin with a sound healing session using 7 crystal singing bowls—each aligned with a chakra—to encourage energetic balance and deep relaxation. Then, enjoy journaling with a nourishing cup of herbal tea as you're guided through reflective prompts that explore how each chakra connects to your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Yoga mats will be provided. You're welcome to bring any extra props (pillows, blankets, eye masks) to create your ideal cozy space. Dress in layers or anything that helps you feel at ease.
**Please bring your own journal and writing materials.
