Join us for a free yoga class that’s open to all skill levels!
Need a regular yoga, drop-in yoga session? Each week throughout the year, Fishers Parks partners with Roots & Wings Yoga Wellness to offer free, one-hour yoga classes to the public in Fishers Parks spaces. In warmer months, find this yoga group at the top of the hill at Flat Fork Creek Park. In colder months, the class moves indoors to the community building at Billericay Park!
New to yoga? No worries! Classes are designed to be accessible to all skill levels, including complete beginners.
Each session is be guided by Roots & Wings Yoga and Wellness. No registration required. No weekly commitment. Just show up! Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
