Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony

This Valentine’s Day, join us for an intimate cacao ceremony designed to gently open the heart and invite connection, intention, and self-love. We’ll work with ceremonial cacao sourced from the Cacao Belt of Central America, revered for centuries as a sacred, heart-opening plant.
Traditionally used to support emotional openness, clarity, and presence, cacao offers a grounding yet expansive experience. We’ll share ceremonial cacao, explore its history and gentle, supportive benefits, and move into a guided heart-centered meditation.

Space is limited to preserve a calm, intentional atmosphere.
Please bring a journal for reflection or inspired writing.
