Wiccid Wisdom Circles
Next Circle: Candle Magick
Candles are a diverse and beautiful tool to use in your rituals, for divination/scrying, healing and in your daily life.
In this circle we'll discuss:
- Types of candles - the right candle for your needs
- Candle colours and their meanings
- Inscribing and Anointing
- Candle rituals
- Healing
Then we'll create and conduct a candle spell that we tailor to our own individual needs.
Circle layout:
- Gather together, welcome, smudge
- Talking circle
- Learning and practice of our chosen topic
- Journeys and meditation
- Journaling
- Tea and reflection
What you'll need: (For in person attendee's - you only need your journal and pen)
- Journal/Moon book and pen
- A taper candle (like a dining table candle)
- 2 small candles like spell candles (10cms) or even birthday candles - black would be great
- Twine/wool
- Scissors
- Smudging tools
- Lighter or matches
- A sharp implement to carve into a candle
- An anointing oil - my 'Immersion Oil' would be perfect for this task (I will discount it to $20 for those who purchase before circle)
The online portion will be conducted via teams (a free meeting place) and a link will be sent to ticket holders prior to the event. The in person option is here at Wiccid HQ (The Palms).
Online tickets will be set at $15 as you will need to gather your own supplies (which will be kept simple)
In person tickets will be the usual $25 with materials and tea supplied.
