Sound Healing and Journaling

Do you have an unearthed creative side that you long to tap into? Feel stuck on a writing or other creative project. Do you want to living from you Joy in a meaningful way? Would you liek a deeply relaxing experience for a tired and stressed body/mind? This workshop is for you. This coming Sunday, September 28th, Marjasana will host a nourishing hour and a half workshop in a beautiful location. Marjasana will be facilitating participants to awaken their ears, voice, and open their subconscious to give rise to the creative one within. 'We start with a voice activation, then a 30 minute sound healing journey to facilitate dropping away from the day-to-day thinking wheel. The final 30 minutes will be dedicated to journaling; writing what was seen, heard, otherwise felt during the sound experience. Get ready to be surprised at what you write." The workshop is free and does not require registration, however, if you are able to, we can be better prepared to set-up the room to accommodate all participants.
