The proposed Lennar 850 homesite development, Broken Cedar Ranch, on FM 484 is on hold for now as the Texas Water Company can’t guarantee water,
BUT that could change soon.

Technical Director for the Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance*, Nathan Glavy, will be presenting educational information for the current citizens of Fischer to learn about the TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) process and what the local public can do to respond and get engaged in that process.
