The Family Table Series: Raising Happy, Healthy Eaters

Join Divergent Dietitian for a series of programs on healthy eating habits. This month’s session is on how to talk to your children about their health without fixating on their weight or size. These programs will address ways to empathetically discuss staying healthy and eating a variety of foods without addressing your child’s weight. Registration is not required.
