The 2026 Hancock Horizontal Hundred
September 12–13, 2026 – Findlay, Ohio
The Hancock Horizontal Hundred (HHH) returns in 2026 with major improvements based on research, volunteer insight, and rider feedback. Our goal is simple: make your HHH weekend smoother, more engaging, and more fun from start to finish.
What’s New for 2026
Single Event Location
All activities — registration, start and finish, pre-party, and afterparty — will take place in one central location. No more moving between venues. Everything you need for the weekend will be in one place, from check-in to the last celebration.
Earlier Start Time
We’re adjusting the start schedule to get riders on the road earlier, giving you cooler temperatures, more daylight, and more time to enjoy the route and post-ride festivities.
Raffle Before the Ride
The 2026 raffle will take place before the event, with prizes pre-assigned and included in your rider goodie bag at check-in. Winners won’t need to wait until after the ride — your prize will be ready when you are.
Improved Logistics and Flow
Centralizing registration, parking, and festivities allows for easier access, reduced congestion, and a smoother experience for riders and volunteers alike. We're also taking a more aggressive approach to volunteer support to provide a better, smoother experience.
Pre-Event Training Series: Zero to Century (Z2C)
We’re introducing an 8-week Zero to Century (Z2C) training program leading up to the HHH. This guided series will help new riders build endurance and confidence on local rail-trails, with the option to graduate to a metric or full century. Each week’s participation earns raffle tickets for prizes at the HHH weekend.
Updated Route Planning
Exact routes will be announced closer to the event.
Enhanced Signage and Wayfinding
Newly designed, color-coded Making Miles Matter directional signs will improve navigation and visibility along all routes. Lunch and break spots will have large signs leading to them in addition to being pinned on the wahoo/Garmin GPS routes.
Community and Rider Experience
The afterparty and post-ride gathering will include music, local food, and more opportunities to connect with fellow cyclists. The entire weekend will feel like a celebration of cycling and community.
The Hancock Horizontal Hundred has been a cycling tradition for decades, and 2026 will mark a major step forward. With your feedback and our continued focus on improving every aspect of the experience, this will be our best year yet.
Together, we’re Making Miles Matter — one ride, one improvement, one connection at a time.
