Our Ochre is local from birthing grounds here in Mackay area.
Its brings the energy of Renewal & Rebirth. For those with super sensitive skin we will bring a softer white Ochre/ Clay mix. Let yourself unravel.
No nudity required. Old swimmers and a singlet is fine to get the clay on.
The weather can be coolish in afternoon, so wear old loose clothes and bring jumper for afternoon.. Bring extra coverings.

You are safe to come alone or bring a friend.
Immersed in the elements! The river is flowing & we have safe spots to sit and be or Play!
Quiet contemplation space is open for deep rest.
Where do we meet?
We will park and walk in.
(about 20 metres or so IN)
Away from tourists walks.
I will give you exact spot to park and come out and meet.

What to bring:
a lunch box with lunch .
3 litres of water
Have extra water in car.
Eat a good breakfast.
Esky if needed , car can come in to spot.
No alcohol the night before is best!
There is NO phone reception in Gorge, So make sure you save the meet spot on screen shot and I will message you the details.

Drive in: easy for small cars as the road is now sealed most of way.
BRING:
YOGA mat or old rolled up mini material to lay on forest floor
mozzie repellant!
Sarong/towel
light cover over body ( sarong)
2 old washers to wash off clay in the water
hat
sunscreen
sandshoes
In back pack to keep arms free.
piece of netting material for face if midgies are bad
floaty for water
Sound Release.... letting all release with our voice with the Drum if it calls on the day!

DRIVE: Its 60kms from MKY city gates centre.
Usually it takes an 1 hour so leave earlier!!

It's a smooth drive on the road and the road in the gorge has been flattened a lot so small car is ok. The national park entrance is well sign posted.

LEGS: are you able to walk IN 30 metres or so? Any knee or leg problems please ask about the walk IN.
Everything is optional. However you will want to get in the water!
