Yoga at the Vineyard

Dust off your picnic baskets or charcuterie boards, grab a blanket and bring them to the vineyard for my favorite location for a yoga class! Enjoy the beautiful drive up to the vineyard and a couple hours retreat from the external worries and come spend some time at Virginia Mountain Vineyards . From the amazing view from your yoga mat overlooking the vines and the blue ridge mountains to the amazing flavors of their local wine, this class is one you don't want to miss.

Ticket includes one hour all levels yoga class and two glasses of wine.
