Sauna & Sound Healing on the River

Join us for a unique, healing experience of Sound & Sauna on the River. Relax and unwind in the tranquil setting of woods and the Manistee River.

We'll start with a meditative pause as we find a comfy seat in nature (in a well ventilated tent safe from bugs) and enjoy the sound bath by Carrie. Relax, Revive and rejuvenate with chakra tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, Tibetan bowl, windgong and other sound healing instruments.

The background noise won't be city traffic or sirens! Here, we only hear the background noises of the forest like birds and the river flowing.

Follow up the blissful sound healing with a 90 minute soothing community sauna session in our 6 person wood barrel sauna. Alternate heat + cold therapy with a plunge into our tub or in the river.

*This event is located at a private residence which is aproximately a 50 minute drive from Traverse City very close to the CCC Bridge State Forest Campground. At times, the dirt roads may not be maintained perfectly so please be prepared to drive slowly and avoid potholes. A truck or a vehicle with AWD is preferred but NOT necessary.
