Dance Fitness Class with Sara Beth - Instructor led dance fitness with cocktails after

Every Monday. This is an amazing instructor led dance fitness class led by Sara Beth Kennedy. No experience necessary just get up and move your body to the set list she designed to get your heart rate up. Afterwards the bar will be open for soft drinks and cocktails to cool you down and relax.
