You’re invited to join Carpool Connections coordinators, Juliana Isaac (Owner/Designer, Dinkelbach Design) and Casey Simon (Director of Community Relations, Revere Court) for a fun and impactful day out marketing and networking with Skilled Nursing Facility professionals across the Sacramento region.
This month’s ride-along will take us to multiple SNFs, where we’ll build visibility, exchange resources, and strengthen relationships with key referral partners in a supportive, energetic environment.
Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned pro, Carpool Connections is a fresh, in-person approach to relationship-building—one ride at a time.
Your Ride-Day Rundown:
🚗 Only 3 rider seats available – reserve yours ASAP!
🕘 Meet at 9:00 AM, return around 3:00 PM (meetup location shared closer to the event)
🛑 6–8 scheduled stops (Skilled Nursing Facilities for August)
🍴 Midday break for lunch — lunch sponsor spots available (sponsors, please plan for 5 total people)
🎁 Bring marketing materials/giveaways to contribute to one combined gift bag per stop
