Pocket Lyra is mini Lyra.
The Lyra will be using is 18inch diameter, and is powder coated.

We will be working at low heights to gain confidence and control of his unique apparatus.

Every class begins with a group warm up and ends with a group cool down. Please arrive on time to get the most out of our warm up.
