Mats and Cats: Family Exercise and Stretch

Roll out your mat and get ready for an hour of pure purr-fection with Jody Trierweiler from “Live In The D”! Join us for a Mats & Cats session where gentle movement meets feline fun. We’ll kick things off with a cozy meet-and-greet with the cats, followed by 20 minutes of low-impact exercises—including a few sweet partner-friendly moves. We’ll wrap up with a calming stretch to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and maybe a little covered in cat hair.

This class is appropriate for all fitness levels—just bring a mat or towel to sit on and an openness to unexpected kitty “assistance.”

$25 donation per person, with all proceeds benefiting the Catfe.
