JoyStrong Fitness Class
Come join ladies of all ages as we worship the Lord, move our bodies, and build our joy and strength. It's JoyStrong!

FREE!

We will be doing some cardio, dance, strength, kickboxing, and stretch stretching. All modifiable!

Women ages 12+

Please bring a set of dumbbells that are challenging to you!

Please bring a yoga mat

Friday mornings 9 AM at Laurel Church in Bellingham!
