Muay Thai Kickboxing Workshops

Learn the sport of Muay Thai Kickboxing in this workshop with two former professional MMA and Muay Thai fighters.

Learn basic footwork, punching, kicking, and pad holding techniques. In the second half of the day, you’ll get a taste of a full Muay Thai class.

No need to buy any gear—everything will be provided! Bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothes you can move freely in.

AGES: 16 years and older
LOCATION: West Coast Fight Club, 110 W Stuart Rd
COST: $20 per date
