Cat Yoga at Catfé Lounge!

This gentle session is designed to help you unwind and practice mindfulness through accessible poses in a calm, welcoming space. No prior yoga experience is needed, and kids are welcome to join when accompanied by an adult who can help ensure they participate quietly or observe respectfully.
