Join Pam Burgess for a transformative Yoga for Menopause workshop series, specifically designed to support women through all stages of menopause. This 4-class series will help you navigate the common side effects and health concerns associated with menopause, using the healing power of yoga to provide relief and promote overall well-being.
Throughout this enriching series, participants will engage in supportive opening circles. We’ll dive into a different menopause topic each session and have a journal prompt with an opportunity to share your thoughts/feelings in this supportive space. The circle will be followed by a specially tailored yoga practice that addresses the unique challenges of each stage of menopause, including perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
