Herbs for Womens Health

This is a class to become more familiar with herbs that are beneficial for many areas specific to women's health in the different phases of our lives. We'll talk about herbs that are useful for menstration issues including cramps and PMS, fertility, libido, pregnancy, childbirth, lactation, menopause and more.

Cost is $25 and preregistration is required. Seating is limited, so its best to register early.
