Redwood RX: Nature Meditation for Beginners

Are you interested in meditation but not sure how to get started? Or maybe you've tried it before, but it didn't quite click?

This session is perfect for beginners and those looking to deepen their practice. We'll explore:

The amazing benefits of meditation: From reducing stress to improving focus, we'll uncover how it can enhance your life.
A variety of simple techniques: Guided meditations, mindful breathing, and more – we'll experiment with different approaches to find what resonates with you.
Creating a sustainable practice: Learn tips and tricks for incorporating meditation into your daily routine.
This class takes place in the beautiful forest, where the natural surroundings will inspire a sense of calm and presence.
