Embark on a transformative journey that fuses the restorative powers of the Redwood forest with the ancient art of Qi Gong. Connect with the elements of nature and learn specific exercises to promote vitality, improve mental clarity, and strengthen the immune system.
We will walk to powerful locations in the park and experience the energy of the elements.
In each location, we will practice Qi Gong to complement the energy of nature and nourish our internal energy. Qi Gong is an ancient healing practice that combines breath, movement, and mindfulness. Expect to feel a lessening of stress, an increase in peaceful, calm energy, and renewed appreciation for the healing power of the forest.
This course is appropriate for all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. We will walk approximately 2 miles at a gentle pace with a mild incline and some uneven surfaces.

$35.00 per session. Led by Lewis Regen. Lewis Regen has extensive and diverse experience teaching various Mindbody practices including Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Bagua, Yoga, Nature Therapy and Meditation. Lewis, who has studied with a variety of Grandmaster teachers since 2009, brings together the best of these practices and presents them in a transformative, engaging and accessible way. His ultimate goal is to embody and share the healing wisdom of these ancient techniques for Longevity, Mindfulness, and Compassion with everyone.
