Introduction to Forest Bathing

This one-hour Introduction to Forest Bathing program will be a condensed version of the longer 2 or 3 hour guided nature and forest therapy walk program. The walk will provide a taste of the healing and wellness benefits of forest bathing. We will move slowly and cover a short distance, connecting to nature with an open heart and with our senses through a series of guided, sensory invitations.
