Family Yoga in the Flower Field

Join us for a joyful, nature-filled family yoga event surrounded by the beauty of blooming flowers at Spectrum Farms on Friday, June 13th, 2025, from 10:45AM to 12:00PM! The Family Yoga in the Flower Field event will be Designed for families with children ages 2–12, this playful and engaging session being guided by ROOTS is open to all ages and perfect for bonding in the great outdoors.

We’ll begin with a fun, music-based yoga flow that the whole family can enjoy together. Then kids will rotate through an interactive Yoga Obstacle Course featuring breathing games and tools, yoga pose stations with pose cards, meditation and mindfulness fun, and connection and teamwork play.

We’ll finish the family yoga event by gathering as a group for a peaceful moment of nature journaling – a sweet way to reflect and ground ourselves before heading off for more farm fun.

This event also includes access to the Spectrum Farms you-cut flower field to cut your own jar of flowers to take home with you.
