Date Night You Pick Experience
Join us for a couples evening at the Flower Fields of Spectrum Farms for the perfect night of strolling through the flowers while enjoying a “surf and turf” inspired meal handcrafted by Rockford Catering. On Friday, July 18th, 2025, spend time together cutting fresh flowers to build a mason jar sized floral centerpiece, while enjoying three (3) handheld courses prepared by Rockford Catering on farm.

The menu includes crab cake sliders, bruschetta and parm on garlic toast, and steak tacos with pico, cheese, lettuce and a baja aioli. You will not want to miss this beautiful summer evening event, so make sure to purchase your ticket now and plan to take that perfect “golden hour” selfie with your favorite person amongst the flowers.
