Wild swim evening

The nights are drawing in and the sun is beginning to fade so let’s prepare our bodies to face the changing seasons.
Wild swimming throughout the year has really helped me and others deal with cold intolerance and face the winter in much more comfort with joy.
The sea is still nice and warm in September so let’s have a fire and swim and continue this throughout winter. This will be the last evening swim of the year, the rest will be morning or daytime.

Please bring some firewood and something to eat and drink as we will have dinner round the fire after.
You will need warm clothes for afterwards too.
Feel free to just dip your toes in or paddle.
If this is your first wild swim and you have any medical conditions please check with a Dr first.
