Feel the WERK: The Ultimate Mash‑Up

Whether you’re brand new to The Trap Lab or a day-one member, this first-ever mash-up event is for everyone!

For 90 minutes, our signature workouts—Drum Werk, Get This Werk, and Booty Werk—are joining forces for the ultimate sweat session. Each instructor will lead a 20-minute burst of their format, with fun, energizing breaks in between to keep you moving, laughing, and ready for the next round.

💥 Level Up Your Experience:We’ll be using drumsticks and resistance bands during the workout to turn up the burn and keep the beat.

• Drumsticks will be available for purchase at the event.
• Resistance bands are optional but recommended—bring your own if you have one for the full effect.

After the workout, stick around for more community vibes—think dancing, music, maybe even karaoke. 🎤✨ We’ll also have raffles, photo ops, and surprise moments you won’t want to miss.
