About the event

Sound Therapy Thursdays
Join Mia for 1 hour of relaxation and meditation. Class will start with a short gentle yoga session, followed by about 45-55 minutes of sound bowl playing. Bring a sweater, and maybe a blanket or pillow, and enjoy your time listening, relaxing, and meditating. Zero experience required. This event is scheduled for every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
**Update: We will have childcare until 2pm ONLY on the 3rd Thursday for participants with children.
