Bring a spouse, friend, or loved one and enjoy beginner-friendly Latin, line, and social dance-inspired moves, led by a professional instructor from Community In Motion. Dancing is more than movement, it’s a way to heal, connect, and celebrate strength together.

ComMotion - Community in Motion has the mission of building community and improving well-being through adaptive and inclusive movement. Founded by a cancer survivor and disabled veteran who experienced health and joy through dance and wanted to share it with others, ComMotion - Community in Motion has had more than 25,000 students of all ages & abilities, including veterans, cancer survivors, seniors, & children. Our programs are completely portable & adaptable to any space, allowing us to bring our classes directly to those we serve, eliminating a variety of barriers of access. We’ve taught in hundreds of locations, including hospitals, adult daycare, schools, churches, & parks. as well as virtually, both live and via on-demand video.
