This event is for anyone feeling burned out, stuck, or like your body is holding more stress than it should. (So everybody)

We’re bringing the black lights, the glow paint, the beats, and a whole new way to let some shit go.

We’ll kick things off with black light-reactive body paint—bold colors, glowing lights, and a chance to get creative. Whether you go full design or just throw on a few streaks, it’s a fun and expressive way to set the tone for the night. (The paint is non-toxic & washable)

Then the music comes up and the room becomes a space to move freely—no choreography, just a chance to let your body move however it wants. The paint, the music, and the energy in the room will help you tap into that wilder, more expressive part of yourself that doesn’t get much airtime during the week.

Next, Anna will guide you through a powerful breathwork journey to help your body release what it’s been holding. Rhythmic music will pull you and guide you into your primal self, where instinct leads the way to release. Each breath regulates your nervous system and clears emotional buildup.

While you’re breathing, Jess will be moving through the space offering Reiki. This calming, energetic practice supports your body’s natural release and helps you feel grounded and at ease throughout the experience.

Breathwork is a potent somatic practice that can unlock transformation. You might feel waves of emotion, physical sensations like tingling or tension, or moments of clarity as your system integrates and lets go.

We’ll end with a short closing circle to ground, reflect, and breathe easy before heading home.
